Generous room structures, clear design, and homely materials merge here to create an atmosphere that is both relaxing and inspiring.Firstlocation is a retreat for holiday guests, families, and groups, as well as for companies seeking extraordinary spaces. Furnished with passion and a keen eye for detail, no two rooms are alike – each area is individually designed and far from the ordinary. On each floor, you will find selected film props and furnishings from all over the world, which we have personally discovered and brought back. These special elements give the lofts their unmistakable character and tell their very own stories.Whether a birthday weekend with the family, a sibling gathering with partners and children, a shared break among friends, or an enjoyable cooking weekend – our lofts offer the perfect setting for private moments that connect and create lasting memories.

This spacious loft is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend time together while also enjoying space for privacy. The warm, natural design with an urban character creates a relaxed atmosphere where you immediately feel at home and togetherness is central.
Across a total of 190 square meters, four bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer comfortable overnight accommodation for up to eight people. The separate children's room is separated from one of the bedrooms by a large glass front, thus creating an open yet protected solution for families. Amenities include a full bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet, ensuring sufficient comfort even when fully occupied.

A foosball area, located near the dining area, brings additional dynamism to the group. The loft is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
