WELCOME TO FIRSTLOCATIONIn Brandshof – a district with a distinctive urban character – you will find our stylishly designed studio lofts on 190 to 220 square meters. Generous room structures, clear design and homely materials merge here into an atmosphere that appears both relaxed and focused.Firstlocation is aimed at project teams, creative startups and working groups as well as established companies that are looking for special premises. Furnished with great care and an eye for detail, no room is like the other – each area is individually conceived and far from the ordinary. On every floor you will find selected film props and furnishings from various countries, which we personally discovered and brought with us. These special elements give the lofts their unmistakable character and tell their own stories.Whether intensive strategy weekends in the team, a collaborative offsite with partners and colleagues, a closed meeting for a joint retreat or productive project days – our lofts offer the perfect setting for undisturbed moments that connect and have a lasting effect.

Room for exchange, focus and shared experiences. Two completely equipped Studio-Lofts with 190 sqm for up to 8 persons and 220 sqm for up to 10 persons. Generous common areas enable Teammeetings, Workshops, creative working and concentrated Workspace – combined with comfortable overnight accommodation options under one roof.

This spacious loft is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend time together and at the same time enjoy space for privacy. The warm, natural design with urban character creates a relaxed atmosphere, in which one immediately feels at home and togetherness is at the center.
On a total of 190 square meters are distributed four bedrooms each with a double bed and offer comfortable overnight accommodation for up to eight people. The separate children's room is separated by a large glass front from one of the bedrooms and thus creates an open, but nevertheless protected solution for families. The equipment includes a full bath with shower and toilet as well as an additional separate toilet, so that even with full occupancy sufficient comfort is guaranteed.

Two large window fronts with view on a Elbe arm and the warehouse district provide for much light and a generous sense of space. Five bedrooms with each a double bed offer space for up to ten people. A foosball area, near the dining area located, brings additional dynamic into the group. Complemented is the Loft by a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath with shower as well as a separate WC.
