This loft combines spacious rooms with much love for detail. The individual rooms are widely cut and offer sufficient space, so that also larger groups can relaxedly distribute themselves. Despite the openness, the atmosphere remains warm and personal – nothing seems accidental, much tells its own story.
Old props, special pieces of furniture and found objects from different countries shape the character of the rooms. Pictures on rice paper, changing exhibitions as well as clay pots from France and Sicily set special accents and lend the loft an authentic, grown charisma. Thus arises a place with soul – generous in space offering and coherent in every detail.

The furnishing is consciously generous and for shared living designed. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, integrated washing machine as well as a starter set for the guests with seasoning for the pot up to coffee beans for the automatic coffee machine.
A large selection of plates, bowls as well as wine and drinking glasses covers every table also for further guests.A separate foosball corner behind a glass front brings movement into the loft, without the living area to disturb.
Additionally is located in one of the bedrooms – a former sound room – a Smart-TV.
WLAN with fast 100 Mbit-connection ensures for stable streaming or also working, while various multimedia playback options music evenings uncomplicated make. Rounded off is the whole thing by a small community bar, which from it lives, what guests leave behind.
